What is the District News E-mail List and what does it provide? The District News E-mail List is a one-way communication method that provides parents and other community members with information about issues and hot topics taking place within the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. What information will you as a subscriber receive? Boardroom - Bi-Weekly summary of board meetings. CHCCS Board of Education: Board Packets - This list will inform individuals about when the CHCCS board packets are posted to the district web site. Press Releases - Communication issued to local media by CHCCS Community Relations office. The Educator - A weekly newsletter containing news and information for the CHCCS educational community.
