The labs are divided by science discipline. They were written for use with a whole class of up to 28 students at a time. Each was originally written for a particular grade level, as noted each document. However, each could be modified for another grade level by changing the format, the directions or the complexity. Each lab meets the NCSCOS competency goals that are listed at the top of the lab. Email Erin Denniston for clarification or additional labs. Free use of these labs is allowed for individual teachers and schools. Please provide proper credits as to this source if you choose to make copies. The labs are in Adobe Acrobat and can be opened and saved with the free plug-in viewer, Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0.
