The Discovery Lab at McDougle Elementary School was established to fulfill some of the goals in the original School Improvement Plan in place when the school opened in 1996. It was intended to be a place where classroom teachers could find the tools, resources, materials and guidance they needed to implement effective hands-on science learning in their classrooms. The Discovery Lab web site was created to provide some of the same things in an online version. Information and resources are made available here to any interested teacher, student or parent.
