Transcript & Student Records Request

The Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School District is now offering a secure and convenient way to request and receive student records.

Student Records consist of: transcript, SAT/ACT scores, immunization record, verification of name, verification of birth.

Please note that students who attend one of our high schools will have their records maintained in that school until 2 years after their expected graduation date. After two years, the records will be sent to Central Office.

Effective November 1, 2011:  
  • Cash will no longer be accepted as payment for record(s).
  • A check or money order, made out to "CHCCS Student Records" may be used to pay for records.
  • Official Transcripts will no longer be mailed to a residence or available for office pick-up. Only unofficial transcripts will be provided.
